Yes. All homeowners/businesses are required to provide QuikFix workers the tools necessary to complete the job. Students do not provide any outside tools to complete the job.
NO. Accepting any work for QuikFix customers outside of the app will result in termination of your account.
You clock in when the work begins, not when you arrive on site and clock out when the work is completed. It is that simple!
No! All homeowners are required to provide you the tools to complete any job you are scheduled to do.
We recommend all workers to arrive 5 minutes early to every job if possible. Homeowners love punctuality!
Yes! All homeowners rate you once you complete a job on a 1-5 star scale that appears on your profile.
If you cancel a job within 4-8 hours of your scheduled job time you will be penalized $5, if you cancel a job anytime within 4 hours of the start time you are penalized $10. Simple solution, do not accept jobs you are not able to complete!
Yes! If you do an outstanding job and the homeowner offers you a cash tip we encourage all students to graciously accept.
You receive a notification once payment has been sent upon completing a review of your job in the “Completed Job” tab in your app. Payment will be sent the Friday following your job.
Yes. At checkout you will choose the location for the job. If the job requires multiple locations please choose that option and input both addresses. You may also include the addresses in the job details section.
We recommend scheduling for longer than you expect it to take so that our students are prepared.
Please put as much detail as possible. Although our students are skilled and respectful we only require them to do what is listed in the details section.
All jobs should be requested on our website. Once a job is posted it is immediately shown to our student workforce on their mobile app. You will be notified each step of the way. If you’d like to schedule a job you can do so here.
Yes. We are insured up to $100,000 per claim.
There is a $15 cancellation fee for any job cancelled less than 24 hours before it was scheduled to start.
Yes, you can reschedule your job at any point.
All tips must be cash.
All jobs are $25 per hour (per student). There is a 1 hour minimum per student and everything over an hour is charged per minute on a prorated basis.
You may schedule a job at any point. However, to make sure you’re job will be accepted it is best to post at least 24 hours before you need help.
Simply put, yes. We have general liability insurance up to $100,000 per claim.
You may schedule a job for any day.
You can check the status of your job at any point in the account you create upon posting a job.
We don’t guarantee that jobs will be accepted however we have only had one job not be accepted in 2 years so the odds are good!
